Thanks, man! I draw and ink it, then scan it in and finish in Photoshop. I make my ink a separate layer, "comic book style." Then I lay in my flats and start using the dodge and burn tools. I lay in some added dots for poops and giggles, and there you have it!

I use a Photoshop tool. It's a long-winded series of steps I made a tutorial for one time. If you're interested I can e-mail it to you.
